Thanks for your response, I do know that, I am just asking why it is showing disabled the CPU tem history when I ran the show env all in these switches 2520. Don't they have this feature enabled by default? or they don't support this output.

you need to provide evidence for us to understand why its working

Again this is only happening with Cisco switch 2520. Please see the attached for the requested evidence. I want to know how to enable the CPU and Power supply voltage history.

Thanks.

The image was from IOS, that makes sense that the current IOS in 2520 switches does not have some of the features that XE/XR do. But if that is the case then why would it be disabled rather than to be null. when it showing disabled there might be away to enable it. This is not a big deal as the the device is monitored via SNMP. Thanks for your response MHM Cisco World.

Thanks, but from the above I didn't find anything to enable the CPU nor the Power Supply Voltage History. I believe the IOS in 2520 switches doesn't have all the features the other IOS do.

May be i get back to asking my OLD questions, if the device is not supported as per the IOS command reference, then that is not supported,  you can ask wish to cisco if the future if they can offer it.

Some latest devices do support depends on the model and IOS(XE or XR code) or some may be in nexus code.
