i remembered before it's very easy to factory reset a switch such as 2960, just hold mode button 10 seconds restart.
But now i have a new switch C9200L-48T-4G-E V02 already factory reseted by me but not successful so far.
1. how can i know which ios image version of previous factory installed?
2. if all these new ios image are supported to my this switch? if need one version by one version?
3.each version has 2 option: universal and no payload encryption, which one should i download?
i would appreciate your reply.

to factory default the switch you can clear the config and restart using #erase startup and reload.
you can check https://software.cisco.com/download/home for recommended OS for specific models.
universal will be most common unless you have specific reason to use different flavor because of compliances.

i have using factory-reset all, then restarted it will come to switch: mode.
i use boot usbflash0:cat9k..17.06.04...bin file then restarted come to <switch> mode, and also tried save, but restart again it will come to switch: mode again and again.
if i used version too high or my way anywhere is wrong?

"factory-reset all" will erase everything in the switch flash, including the firmware. It is the most foolproof way to factory-reset a switch before sending it to a reseller.
