How to findout howmany ip-addresses have been used by a single machine/computer

Hello Experts,

I have some users who are playing with my local company ip-addresses. they are putting other users ip-addresses into their own laptops. And that makes a lot of ip conflicts for other users.   

I want to findout who the user is who is playing with ip-changing

I have Cisco ISE,  I have Solarwinds NPM, NTA, installed in my company.  please help me how can I track the user?

Hi,

You could start using DHCP on your network and configure dhcp snooping & arp inspection on the switch ports. This will force users to use only DHCP and prevent static address assignments. If you need users to use the same address, you could use reservations in DHCP.
