How to monitor 2950 switch

How to monitor 2950 switch after reload ?

At time of booting u can see output to console only so connect using console and see output

However, make sure the logging console level is set as desired and that logging has not been disabled with the no logging console command

And after booting u can use various debug command . to see output of debug command on vty use term monitor command in priviledge config mode

whether u want to know link up-down or anything else

and do u want it from console or from vty?
