Is there anyway to recover startup config in the NVRAM from Cisco 1801 that has faulty power supply? It literally does not boot up. No LED alias dead.
How to replace the power (inbuilt power I assume).
Thanks

Are you sure no other way around to replace it? I just open the case there are only 2 screws between the switch button and the power plug. One of them requires philip screwdriver which i managed to open but the other one is different. The PSU is still in tact. Anybody please re-confirm thanks.

Mate,
Do so AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

Well it is possible to open the switch and tap the DC supply of the switch
If you have an available DC power supply for it
BUT BUT BUT as Leo said, do this at your own risk!
You will lose your switch and damage it permanently if done incorrectly, you will lose warranty (if you have)
on that note, always always have periodic back-ups of your configurations :)

Thank you. The NTU is dead already anyway. So It does not matter if it got burnt.
Warranty has expired. Thanks for the opinion shared.
