How to register C3560CX to Smart Account

I have WS-C3560CX-12PC-S device connected to network and C3560CX CISCO DNA EA Advantage 12-Port license in smart account. How do I register device under smart account? 

Please excuse my naivety.

These commands work for C3560?

I have successfully executed these commands for catalyst 9000 series. But have trouble with non 9000 series.
