how to remove the configuration from the switch(2960x) without console/remote access?

do make changes to configuration, you need to access management console via CLI or GUI. that can be remote SSH, telnet, direct console, AUX, etc. also if you on boarded device to separate central management system like DNAC, meraki cloud, etc, you can do configuration changes there. if not you cannot do changes to configuration.
