Hi,
I have tried pressing the Reset button (within 5 secs) when the router power up.
On my HyperTerminal, the image was loaded and the line interfaces were up.
But when I press enter on HyperTerminal, there was no response.
Please help!!

My Dell XPS laptop has no break key.
Resolved this by running On Screen Keyboard - just search for "OSK" at a Windows 10 prompt.
Then reboot the 800 router, and do a <ctrl><scrlck> within OSK - and that did the trick.
Hope this helps someone
