how to send traffic on mirror port on cisco 2950 to any syslog server

we are using cisco 2950 switch with port mirroring configured  need to know can this traffic be send to any syslog server or need to know how to monitor that port traffic other than sniffer software as we want that data to collected in database for analysis .

Hi,

a syslog server collects syslog messages not dat traffic mirrored from one port.

if you want to see the data you have to use a sniffer and save pcap files to analyse afterwards.
