How To Test If The GPEC Fibre is not Damaged as its connected from switch?

I installed GPEC Fibre.. i was wondering if theres a code i can test from the switch to see if the GPEC is faulted

Personally I do not believe that switch has the ability to identify the faulty fiber, you need special tools to test Fiber using Fluke or any other tools.
