How to Upgrade IOS from Master switch to Member switch in catalyst switch 3750

Can anyone help me in upgrading IOS from Master Switch to Member Switch in catalyst switch 3750.

Hi,

If the member switch has enough room in its flash, you can copy from flash1 to flash2:

copy flash1 <ios> flash2

Hi;

You can copy the OS from Master switch to member switch.

Take a example your switch 1 is master then copy the IOS to member switch via below command:

copy flash1:/c3750-ipbasek9-mz.X.X.bin flash2:/c3750-ipbasek9-mz.X.X.bin

and so on all the member switches.

then verify the IOS is copied via dir flashX: 

change the boot var: boot system switch all flash:<new_image>

save config and verify show bootvar & reload the switch.
