How to upgrade Sup2 flash for native IOS images?

I need to convert a couple of Sup2 6509 switches from hybrid mode to native IOS mode, however all the images of 12.2(18) are bigger than the flash on the SP (only 32 MB). I searched Cisco sites but didn't find a 64MB flash for Sup2. So has anyone run into the issue before? If the Sup2 flash can't be upgraded, how can anyone use any of the 12.2(18) native IOS images?

Hi Gary,

Don't despair. The Sup2 has a compact flash card slot. If you need to get a compact flash card, go to your nearest electronic/camera shop and look for one NO GREATER THAN 2Gb. It should work.
