HSRP Filling up Logs

It looks like both my HSRP Interfaces (VLAN 600 & 700) cycle through standby --> active ---> speak continuously on one of the two switches.  What can be causing this?

Are you tracking interfaces? If not, you are losing hello packets somehow. I noticed that you have the configuration on group 0 which usually means that a group wasn't specified. Do you have another group on 0 as well? Can you post your HSRP config?
