http redirect / captive portal based on radius authentication

I was wondering if it was possible to force clients who do not authenticate via radius to a webpage automatically... I've read up on a few solutions but I haven't found a concrete solution.

Here is a quick diagram of what I'm aiming for

User PPPOE > Router > radius doesnt authenticate > http webpage

Sounds something like a NAC solution is what you need.

What exactly have you found out?

What radius server do you use?

Have you tried cisco av-pair url-redirect option (although this should only be after authenticating successfully and not if it fails).
