I cound´t find any about difference on configuration of HWIC-4ESW and HWIC-4ESG.
Is there any Vlan/QoS config difference??
As far as I could find both works on ISRG2 and has the same layer 2 functions
is there any difference appart from port speed ?
thanks

Just the port speed, as far as I am aware.
Actually I think it has an improved back plane connection. Previously if you had 2 x HWIC-4ESW in a router and you create a VLAN it only created the VLAN on the first module. I think these newer Gigabit modules have resolved that issue (untested).

But in term of configuration os QoS should be the same right?

I'm not sure. I always used the built in macros for assigning the QoS, then it is customised based on what every platform and modules supports.
The macro's automatically apply the configuration recommend by Cisco for that type of device.
For example (this is applied on the interface):
macro apply cisco-switch
macro apply cisco-router
macro apply cisco-phone
macro apply cisco-desktop
macro apply cisco-wireless
