I can't access Catalyst 3650(WS-C3650-24PS-S) Webui after upgrade IOS Release Gibraltar-16.12.8

IE, Chrome have same problem.

it shows error message as below

The connection for this site is not secure

192.168.0.253(switch IP) sent an invalid response.

Try running Windows Network Diagnotics

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Use an old browser.

inspect the certificate used by the webui
did you use a custom certificate before the upograde?, then you may need to update this certificate
is this the standard certificate ? then this does not comply to the requirements of your browser
-> either replace the certificate, or configure your browser to accept less secure certificates (e.g. enable TLS v1.1 etc )
