I Cant Ping switch directly connected to PC via Ethernet 2900XL

I have PC------Switch

Vlan2 ip 192.168.1.200

         sub 255.255.255.0

no shutdown

Added F0/2 to valn2 for managetment,

Lights green on switch

no shutdown

CPU ip 192.168.1.2

       sub 255.255.255.0

Have you added command "management" to vlan 2 interface?

Is your F0/2 interface up?

Have you create a VLAN 2 instance in the VLAN database?  If you haven't try this:

Switch# vlan database

vlan 2
