I forgot my password for my router, what can I do to retrieve it??

we recently moved and I misplaced my password for my Cisco Router can someone please help me?

What model of router is it? More often than not you send a break sequence over the console.

Hi,

You can recover the password using password recovery method but it depends of the router model, I also recommend follow all the steps.

Take in consideration that the Password Recovery Procedure could be different for each model.
