I'm trying to find the packages.conf file for a 9200L

I have put this question into Google about 10x in the past 20 minutes.
I keep getting directed to this forum, but I still can't find the answer.

--> I am trying to convert the 9200L from Bundle Mode to Install Mode, but I have no packages.conf file.

I gathered the following from my research in order to change the modes (I think it's correct):
===========================

Confirm PACKAGES.CONF file exists in flash:
--> dir flash:

Confirm relevant .PKG files exist and correspond to current IOS version:

--> more packages.conf

Change from Bundle Mode to Install Mode:

--> conf t
--> no boot system
--> boot system flash:packages.conf
--> end
--> wr mem
--> reload

=====================

This is a Lab Switch so I'm not worried about losing anything.

Thanks in advance!
