In our network we have more than 30 VMs run on ESXi, from last week some of this server is not accessible and I do not have ping of them and can not SSH to them.

We have 2 two subnet in our network

192.168.90.0/24 use for our Linux and Windows servers, these clients get static IP, default gateway is 192.168.90.11

192.168.91.0/24 use for our clients all of them are windows, these clients get IP by DHCP server, our Mikrotik server is DHCP server and default gateway is 192.168.91.11

From last week some of 192.168.90.0/24 can not ping their default gateway,

I do know can this problem happen by these errors our no.

which command is run by the sysadmin and makes this output.   <<- show logging (command you need to view the logs)

MAC Flap happening because you configured it as a Trunk port so the MAC address or using a different port example your cases 33 and 36

interface GigabitEthernet0/33
 description ESXI-1-port1
 switchport mode trunk
!
interface GigabitEthernet0/34
 description ESXI-1-port2
 switchport mode trunk
!
interface GigabitEthernet0/35
 description ESXI-1-port3
 switchport mode trunk
!
interface GigabitEthernet0/36
 description ESXI-1-port4
 switchport mode trunk

To avoid this issue, configure LACP trunk between Switch and esxi switch or portgroup.
