IBM blade center switch OS-CIGESM-18TT-EBU

Hi,

We have IBM blade center with the switching modeule Model number: "OS-CIGESM-18TT-EBU" directly from show veriosn command. Not able to fnd any configuration guide.

We configured the managament IP it was pining also but we were not able to telnet to the IP.

Secondly after a day the management IP has automatically changed to default value.

Please share the experience.
