This is the instructions. I created the PT top left to bottom to right following the instructions.
Physical Configuration:
Create the following network in Packet Tracer version 8:
General Configuration:
Establish the following where necessary:
I BELIEVE I DID THE ABOVE BUT THE STATIC PCS ON THE RIGHT WONT PING THE PCS TO THE LEFT PASSED THE ROUTER.
THESE ARE PING RESULTS:
North PCs ping each other
North PCs ping Router
Router pings itself
Router does not ping any East or West devices
Router pings both North devices
I personally believe it’s the dhcp confit or the default gateway? I’m just lost at this point. Please help.

Hello,
the problem was that none of your PCs on the left were getting an IP address at all, because of a typo in the excluded range on the router:
ip dhcp excluded-address 192.168.1.1 192.169.1.49
After changing this to:
ip dhcp excluded-address 192.168.1.1 192.168.1.49
all PCs get an IP address, and everything has full end-to-end connectivity.
Attached the revised, working file.

I feel so defeated. I spent all night trying to find the error and it was 1 number.

Hello, could you please paste the running-config of R_ROAS and the output of the Show ip dhcp binding command

The sh ip dhcp binding does not work on my router. I also tried others that involve dhcp and still no results.
