IE-3400H-16FT-A power consumption

Looking through the manual at power consumption ratings, I see values given for 9.6v/60v.

What is the rating if we are operating at 24v? Doesn't appear to be a linear curve.

 The input voltage should be between 9.6V and 60Vdc - so document provided average of usage, may be need to test using clamp meter for the consumption and load.
