IE-4000 series switch not forwarding broadcast messages

Hello everybody,

I have been trying to configure an HSR capable switch to forward broadcast messages from an communication device (COM10) through the switch and to PC to snoop those packets with Wireshark. Now the thing is that if I would connect that communication device straight to PC I can see those packets immediately.

Figure 1: Connecting straight to PCBut when plugging the device to gigabitEthernet 1/1 and PC to fastEthernet 1/5 ports I am still able to ping back and forth but those broadcast messages are not being forwarded.
