If I remove a stack member, will the config remain?

Hi~ All

Some documents say that only Active-standby has a copy of the config.

Meanwhile, other documents state that all members have a config.
https://community.cisco.com/t5/switching/what-happens-to-a-switch-s-config-when-it-is-removed-from-a/td-p/4469423

When removing a stack member, will the config remain if I connect to the member? Will it disappear? Which one is correct?

Hello!

Yes the configuration will remain and you will be able to replace the disconnected member. Each of the members has the configuration.

@DanielP211

Thank you for your response!

So it's not just active-standby that has the configuration?

So if I remove the member and reboot, will the configuration still be there?
