I have a network where Two trunk ports are allowed vlan 9 but no native vlan configured. will performance affects ?

by default vlan1 is the native vlan to assign a different native vlan on the interface configure
switchport trunk native vlan xxx

Hi Lohit,
By default vlan 1 is native vlan and your configuration will never put effects on performance.

You can't disable vlan1, but you can change it for native vlan (vlan1 for default)
You need vlan1 for protocols of comunication like CDP, STP, VTP,etc.
But native vlan send traffic without tag, like a acces port in a trunk port, all other send trought trunk port with tag
