here is the explanation of the errors coming in your log.
%ILPOWER-3-CONTROLLER_ERR: Controller error, Controller number [dec]: [chars.]
Explanation: This message means that an error reported or caused by the PoE controller
was detected. [chars] is the controller number. When a Cisco catalyst interface
receives an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) for example, from a powered IP Phone,
some interfaces go down and no longer provide power.
Recommended Action: Issue shutdown and then no shutdown interface configuration
mode command on the affected interfaces. IOS version 12.1(14)EA1, or later, provides
an ESD recovering mechanism. Make sure the loaded IOS image is not affected by
Bug CSCea40671 and CSCeb24148. If the image is affected by the bug, consider
loading to IOS 12.1(14)EA1 or later.
