I am experiencing a high volume of input and CRC errors to the point that my ports disabling and enabling themselves. These are two Ten gig ports that are port channeled to a layer 3 switch. Is there a way to prevent this errors? I've already swapped cables, but that didn't seem to work. I'm using a 3850 switch.

Hi!
CRC Errors most commonly indicate that there is something wrong at hardware level,
but it can be speed/duplex mismatch as well.
Are both sides Catalyst 3850?
If no, what is the other side of the port-channel?
Can you post the following outputs?
#show interface <type> <num>
#show run interface <type> <num>
#show interface <type> <num> controller
Best regards

The log was first saying flapping between ports Te 3 and 4. I was receiving a high number of input and CRC errors. These are fiber connections and I don't have replacement cables. So I'm praying this isn't the issue.

Can you check speed and duplex on both sides of the interfaces to make sure they are matching?

when you say disabling themselves do you mean they are going errdisabled? If so the reason will be in the log.
