Is this the only port with this issue?
Have you tried a different port?
Have you cleared the counters?
Are the counters increasing?

Hello,
There multiple possibility for errors on port.
1. Port issue- to identify, try to connect cable to different port.
2. duplex issue:- confirm with duplex setting at aruba access point.
