Input error problems

I've got a customer with a 2650XM (12.3(8)T connected to an HP ProCurve 2848. He's seeing about 5 mil. input errors on a cycle of about every 5 minutes or so. I'm not seeing any errors incrementing on the ProCurve, only the 2650XM FaEth int.

I've tried debugging both FastEthernet and Ethernet events and I'm not seeing anything.

Anyone have any ideas?

check the speed and duplex settings on both sides. Try changing them and see if you are still receiving these errors.

you can also try replacing the cable
