Installing Nexus 7010 IO Module

Hello-

I am looking at installing two N7K-F132XP-15 line cards, one in each of our N7K VPC peer switches. I have reviewed Cisco Hardware Installation Guide and it appears as though, with some common sense regarding static elecricity, the cards can be installed with no downtime and little issue. I am looking for some feedback from anyone who can validate this and/or give me their own personal experiences. I figured a quick message may either ease my concerns or draw questions. Note: I plan to install after hours during minimal production.

Hi Brian,

I have installed F series and M series cards when the system has been running without any issues.

Of course, as you already noted, you want to do it during a maintenance window, in case something goes wrong.
