inter vlan routing

I have created 3 vlans and enabled inter vlan connection between switches and end Pcs by trunk ports. Now i am trying to access router 0 from router 1 through ssh but it keep giving me error 

Connection timed out; remote host not responding. in both routers  have configured vlans . please help to ping these two routers

Difficult to say with only the diagram but are the router's fa0/0 interfaces in the same vlan as they seem to be using IPs from the same subnet. 

 

If they are as long as you have allowed that vlan across the trunk link it should work. 

 

If they aren't then you need to rethink your IP addressing on the routers.

i added router 1 and server in vlan 3 and made their ports access. then i ping router 1 with 0 with ip address of vlan3 and it goes well.

I opened your file, neither router has any SSH configuration. What command exactly are you using on Router1 to access Router0 through SSH ?
