interface last output statistics

Hello, on my interfaces that have not had traffic for a long time the results of a 'show interface' command show:

"Last input 15w0d, output 15w0d, output hang never"

Is 15 weeks the maximum duration without activitiy that this IOS will record, i.e. could this also mean no activity for any period greater than 15 weeks ?

some counters only gets updated if a packet is process switched if its cef switched the counter does not increase , do these interfaces have anything in common that they may have stopped processing traffic at the same time
