On Cisco Routers, there are different interfaces. Serial, FastEthernet and so on.
Serial 0/0
Serial 0/1
In the above interfaces, what is 0 / 0 and 0 / 1.
Is it just the serial port number or it has some special meaning?

The 0 refers to the slot on u r router and 1 refers to the port on that slot.
