Internet speed issue

Dear Sir,

Kindly i need the help . i have 200 mbps internet speed from ISP. i am getting the same speed once i connect to the sophos firwall but one i connect that port to my cisco switch WS-C3850-24P
series than i am getting the 100 mbps speed. kindly anyone have the solution that what is the exact problem.

hi,

since you've already isolated/bypass the FW, i suspect there might be some qos or speed/duplex issue in your 3850.

what is the topology like? ISP > FW > 3850 > wired/wireless users?

ISP->FW->Cisco SW

hi,

can you paste the config in FW and 3850 ports? remove sensitive info/public ip.

make sure both ports in the FW and 3850 SW have the same hardcoded speed and duplex settings.

try using another RJ45 cable and spare port on the 3850 if issue is still the same.
