Hello,
IOS 15.x appears to be released only for routers. Is there a plan to release it for switches, such as the 4500 and 6500 series?
Thanks,

The release on 8/15 is for all sup 720's, sup2t runs it already. And yes Cisco is going the direction of 15.1/ios-xe.

15.1 IOS is already released for 2960/2960S, 3560E/X, 3750E/X.
Don't know if this will be rolled out to the 4500 and 6500.

It's out for the 4500 as well already, and on the way for the 6500.

Hi Matt,
Thanks for the update for the 6500. Will the IOS for the 6500 be for all (Sup32, Sup720) or will the 15.X IOS be for the Sup2T only?

Leo,
IOS 15 for 6500 is scheduled for August 15, 2011. I guess, will find out next Monday!
