IOS for ws-c2960-24TC-L

Hi,

IOS of my subjected switch is not working, i have tried to download it from cisco but download link not showing, please provide me the link for download, and explain how to reload it. (IOS Version - 12.2(25) SEE3)

Please help me out.

Hello,

The IOS version you are referencing is  severely outdated. I suggest trying out the 12.2(52)SE which, while not  the most recent, is reasonably stable. Try using this link:

You will need to have a valid CCO account and possibly a support contract to be allowed to download the IOS.

I have tried the xmodem recovery with c2960-lanbasek9-tar.122-52.SE and c2960-lanbasek9-mz.122-25.SEE4 ios, but still booting is showing boot process failed what should i do, please suggest my switch detail is -

WS-C2960-24-TC-L- V02

IOS VER : 12.2(25)SEE3

Please share the console logs indicating the failure while you are trying to boot up the switch.

Hi Kishan,

It appears that the image is corrupt and the switch is unable to load it after a certain time. Please bring the switch up on any other image in the flash, and copy the image again. after deleting it.

Please use the verify command to check if the checksum is correct after  the image has been copied. For more info visit
