IOS image name conventions

Hi,

I am new to switch and router world.One of challenging for me is to understand the meanings of IOS image and find out the right one. Can anyone provide me with documents/explanation? For example,  I have a switch with boot loader only - C3560 Boot Loader (C3560-HBOOT-M) Version 12.2(44)SE5. I am tring to find correct image in order to make it basic layer 2 switch. There are tons of images available and I have no idea which one is for me.

C3560 Boot Loader (C3560-HBOOT-M) Version 12.2(44)SE5.

This isn't the IOS.  This is the Bootloader or Bootstap.
