When we add any IOS at switch then that IOS is universal ,right?

after that we add IP base or IP services licence right?

so that we can upgrade or downgrade IOS to IP base or IP services?

Please let me know the process for IOS installation.

basically YES, the universal image can be used for all licenses

But I don't think Cisco will still sell you a license for this product

are you sure you still want to upgrade IOS?

Read the release notes, like in this document for the upgrade procedure
