You know... you're right, my mistake... I was thoroughly confused for a minute there until I pulled my head out and took a closer look at the software version by doing a "show ver" at the CLI. See, I have this project that I'm working on and was asked to configure some new Cat 2960G switches to replace some old ones. The next statement in my instructions said the switches should be running CatOS. I mistakenly thought that statement was referring to the new switches and not the old. I know...DUH! Trust me I'm getting an ear full from the other Jedi Knights in my department. In my own defense I haven't delt with any Cisco stuff for the past 2 1/2 years so I admit I'm out of practice. Thanks for the help in setting me straight.
