IOS upgrade options for WS-C3750G-24WS-S25 (3750G WLC)

Hello there,

I am looking to see what the latest IOS version for the WS-C3750G-24WS-S25 (3750G WLC) switch is and where to find it. It seems to be omitted from the 3750 section in the IOS download area. Current IOS version we are running on this switch is c3750-ipbase-mz.122-25.FZ.bin.

Here is the link from where you can download the IOS for any switch just mention the device name in the switch in the text box stating "Search for a Product on this page:" and you will get the IOS.

12.2.53-SE(ED) is the latest IOS available.

Hi guys,

Thanks for replying to my question, however there is still an irregularity here. Unlike the standard IOS images for the 3750s, I noticed that this image has a different suffix (".FZ") that I have only seen on this switch model i.e.

3750 with WLC IOS image file: c3750-ipbase-mz.122-25.FZ.bin

Standard Normal 3750 IOS: c3750-ipbase-mz.122-53.SE.bin

I'm thinking they have different suffixes for a reason, and also why this switch isn't actually displayed in the listing for IOS downloads for 3750s.

Is there is link where I could download an image with the same suffix?

The "FZ" is version 12.2(25) but the "SE" is a newer version, 12.2(53).  Besides, the "FZ" is a verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry old IOS (most likely an Interim release) and I doubt if you still can find this version for download.  Read the release notes first before deciding.
