When IOS Upgrade Planner return some serious software issues, are security issues included ? If not can I considered that upgrading is not mandatory ?

So what you're saying is that even if some security issues exist for 12.2(25)SEE2, I don't have to care about those if IOS Upgrade Planner return 0 important bugs for this version.

Can you confirm this ?
