IOS version Which Supports Tunnel configuration

when i booted the cisco Catalyst 3850-24T-S Switch with this IOS cat3k_caa-universalk9.SPA.03.06.04.E.152-2.E4.bin some of my static routes and tunnels got erased. the tunnel command was not accepting while configuring. Does this IOS support tunnel configuration, if not which is the bug free updated IOS which supports tunnel configuration. My earlier IOS version was cat3k_caa-universalk9.SPA.03.03.00.SE.150-1.EZ.bin. Please suggest the IOS which supports all Features as my old IOS.
