what is the latest IOS version (GD) that can work with 3640, 3550, and 2950?

For 3640 - latest GD available is 12.3.21

for 3550 & 2950 i didn't find any GD IOS listed. ALL are ED

The latest available IOS for 3550 is 12.2.35-SE & for 2950 it is 12.1.22-EA9

All of the products are EOL/EOS (End of life/End of Sale), so there is no new GD IOS available for them. You could only get the earlier GD versions for all of them. You can check the link below for the information on the earlier available versions:
