Hello, We have numbers of Cisco WS C2960X 24 and 48 port PoE Switches. We have 60 Panasonic IP cameras which are attached to those switches. Currently we are facing some weird issue that some of those cameras got reset to its default configuration. Camera which got reset are also connected on different switches. So its not the issue of specific switch. We have total 9 such cameras which got reset. We also confirmed with Panasonic, they tested and confirmed that cameras are not faulty. So is there any issue with the power supplied through PoE? We have stuck here. One more point is that all switches receive power supply through a online UPS.

Please help and guide to troubleshoot this issue.

Regards,

Sagar Patel

 - Besides other reply you may want to use a centralized syslog server and send logs from the switches to it , for better overall analyzing capabilities.
