as per my understanding ,if we have 2 equal metric path from router /L3 switch i.e. in its routing table and IP CEF is enabled on router /L3 Switch then router /L3 switch consider only one path out of two .is it correct ?
is this rule applies to SDWAN router also i.e. Viptela & ISR ,right ?Please confirm.

Cannot comment on SDWAN, but CEF will use multipath, if in route table. I.e., your initial understanding is incorrect.

Possibly your thinking of path selection which might be done per flow or per packet. Usually with CEF, it does per flow but may offer the option of per packet.
Also with per flow, it might be done round robin or deterministicly, I believe CEF does the latter.
So, usually with CEF, one flow will only use one path, and two flows might use the same path or different paths.

it more complicated, there is CEF and there is TTM, which both lead into FTM
FTM have prefix from both local (CEF) and from OMP (TTM)

but CEF table has best route only for any destination right ?
