I am trying to find the equivalent command to "show ip device tracking" which shows ARP to IP to port mapping on what is not SISF

not sure what you are asking...
show ip device tracking --> is IPDT, you are looking for the equivalent in what is NOT SISF ? What else is there ?
show device-tracking database address all --> is SISF

sorry, I am looking for the command that would give me to equivalent output to the command I posted or the SISF table?
