Hi,
I know that I can use up to ten 'ip dhcp-server' commands on a router configuration. How the different DHCP servers are used? Are they used in a round-robin way or only the first one is used, if reachable?
Thanks in advance
Regards
Stefano

DHCP request is a broadcast and hence the requests go to each server.
The servers respond to this request and then the client chooses any one server and acknowledges the request

Hi Stefano,
Yes, indeed the dhcp servers are accessed in a round-robin fashion with this configuration.

Do you mean that the first broadcast goes to the first IP, the second broadcast to the second IP and so on?
