Hi,
I have a problem with two switch 3750X with IP SLA.
Every day I see on the log the message that the IP SLA reachability is down
"Jun 2 15:36:52.885: %TRACKING-5-STATE: 1 ip sla 1 reachability Up->Down"
but when i set the "show ip sla statistics" command i see this:
IPSLA operation id: 1
Latest RTT: 1 milliseconds
Latest operation start time: 09:01:01 ISR Sun Jun 4 2017
Latest operation return code: OK
Number of successes: 491
Number of failures: 0
Operation time to live: Forever
In the statistics I don't see any failure of the tracking and I get this messegess on the log every day and even more than one time
Any suggestions ?

Hi,
Not sure what you is your SLA target (what you are pinging) but it could be that for example the device misses one ping out of 3 and so it logs it but there is no failure triggered it.

Hi
How is the frequency configured?, could you please share your configuration?

This is the configuration of the ip sla:
ip sla 1
icmp-echo 8.201.255.17 source-ip 8.201.255.19
threshold 20
timeout 800
frequency 5
ip sla schedule 1 life forever start-time now
The round trip time is always on 1-2 ms and there is no failures
How that I don't see the missing pings in the statistics?

Thank you, is there any track configured?

Of course.
There is a tracking object with the HSRP to decrement the priority when the ip sla gets failure on the tracking object
track 1 ip sla 1 reachability
On the interface vlan:
standby 81 track 1 decrement 100 (For example on vlan 81)
every day I can see in the log that the HSRP is speaking and goes down to standby and then gets back to active.
Every time i check manually the ping to the destination of this tracking object it is always reachable and the ms is very low. Every time I look at the statistics of ip sla 1 it is always 1 RTT and there is no failures.
what maybe cause this tracking to be unreachable and how can I tweak the values of the ip sla so it won't flaps the priority?
