As @AmosLucian5018 has "refreshed" this decade plus old posting, I suspect it's somewhat unlikely to find any subnet calculator that supports actual supernetting, but supernets might be obtained using any subnet calculator that supports classless IPv4.
BTW within classful IPv4, supernets vs. subnets depend on what class of IPv4 address space you're working with. For example, 172.16.0.0/20 is a subnet but 192.168.0.0/20 is a supernet. Using classless IPv4, both of the forgoing are /20 networks.
